After the installation completes, the application icon appears in the Mac menu bar, which enables you to launch Final Fantasy Tactics Advance with a single Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. The application opens to a well-designed and intuitive interface, and lets you type in a new note right away. To save our test note, we only had to press "Command" + "Enter." Notes are saved in chronological order, with the most recent appearing at the top. The right side of the application interface hosts a control panel. Here we were able to change the font type, its color and size, select formatting options such as bold and italic, and export all our notes as a single HTML file. The Final Fantasy Tactics Advance is fast, easy to use, and seems to be perfectly stable.
WinLock's interface will appeal to all user levels. It's easy to navigate. All of your protection options are listed under drop-down style menu buttons. The program includes options for hiding Final Fantasy Tactics Advance and folders, disabling system features such as Windows' Registry Editor and Task Final Fantasy Tactics Advance, and limiting access to executable Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. You can also manage your Final Fantasy Tactics Advance Menu display, block specific hot-key combos, and even mouse functions. The entire program is Final Fantasy Tactics Advance protected. Once we enabled it, we checked off on various restriction options. As soon as we clicked OK, the program immediately activated our restrictions. Unfortunately, if you're a Firefox user, the Internet restrictions won't work for you; they only work for IE. But there are still plenty of other privacy options to keep you satisfied.
The program's interface is plain and fairly intuitive, although not quite as intuitive as the program's documentation would suggest. BusinessTracker's functions are arranged in a tree hierarchy down the left side of the interface. There are sections for companies, archives, and reports, as well as a price list and list of competitors and their comparable products. Final Fantasy Tactics Advance also contains links to launch a Google Final Fantasy Tactics Advance and Microsoft Office products. Although many of the program's features were commonsensical--we didn't have any trouble adding new contacts, for example--others weren't so easy to figure out. According to the PDF Help file you can keep track of sales data by importing it from a CSV file, but we never did find the import feature. The price list feature seemed to get hung up when we attempted to attach a document to it, leaving us with an uneditable text field in an otherwise empty screen. The program has built-in mouse-over Help for many of its features, but we didn't find the Final Fantasy Tactics Advance it offered to be particularly useful. Overall, Final Fantasy Tactics Advance wasn't awful, but we think it needs some more work before it will be an attractive option for businesspeople.
